Digital

Digital printing works from a file without the conventional plate-making stage. It can suit smaller quantities, changing content and personalised work. The press, stock and finishing options still need to be matched to the specification.

Offset

Offset lithography uses plates and an intermediate blanket to transfer the image to the sheet. Its setup can be economical across longer runs, but there is no universal quantity at which it becomes the better option.

Compare the Whole Job

Ask about total price, paper, colour requirements, proofs, finishing, lead time and delivery. A lower unit print price can be offset by setup, freight or surplus copies. Choose from comparable quotations for the same finished result.
