Three Dates to Distinguish
Artwork approval, dispatch and arrival are different milestones. Production starts from the agreed prerequisites, not necessarily the first enquiry. A courier transit estimate does not describe the full time needed to make a bespoke item.
Consignments and Destinations
A consignment may contain more than one parcel. Weight, dimensions, route and service affect the charge. UK tariff bands and individually quoted international freight should be compared on their own terms.
Give a Real Deadline
Tell us when the materials must be in use and where they need to arrive. We can then discuss a schedule and quotation. The delivery policy explains the current UK rates and order-specific arrangements.
