Local, National and International

The right production location depends on capabilities, quantity, schedule and destination. Local production may simplify proofs and delivery; a specialist elsewhere may suit a particular binding or run. Geography alone does not establish quality.

Compare Landed Cost

Look beyond the press price. Packing, transport, customs where applicable, handling and the time needed for proofs or replacements all affect the final arrangement. Ask who is responsible at each stage.

Agree Before Ordering

Confirm the specification, production route, delivery expectations and treatment of import charges in the quotation. An international consignment needs its own delivery price rather than an assumption based on a UK parcel tariff.
