Artwork & Manuscript Submission Guidance
Send a clear starting point.
For Manuscripts
Provide the current editable text, approximate word count and an indication of what has already been edited. Identify images, tables, references and special content separately. A representative sample is useful when scoping complex work.
For Print-Ready Artwork
Ask for the required specification first. Supply a clearly named final PDF, including the agreed trim, bleed and colour settings. Do not add printer’s marks or impose pages unless requested by the production supplier.
Keep Versions and Permissions Clear
Tell us which file is current and who can approve it. Confirm the right to reproduce supplied text and images. For large or confidential files, contact us to agree a transfer method before sending; this page does not provide an upload portal.
